By accessing or using NovalisHub (the "Service"), operated by NovalisHub LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
NovalisHub provides an automated marketing management platform. The Service integrates with third-party advertising and productivity platforms (including Google Ads and OpenAI APIs) to analyze, generate, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and workflows. Automation is orchestrated via self-hosted/dedicated workflow engines (n8n), and account authentication and data records are managed via Supabase.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Google Ads & Third-Party Platform Integration
- Authorization: To provide automated ad optimization, you grant the Service permission to connect to your Google Ads account via Google OAuth.
- Scope of Control: The Service may read campaign metrics, draft ads, adjust bids, and update campaign structures solely based on parameters and automations you configure or approve.
- Compliance with Ad Policies: You remain solely responsible for ensuring your advertising copy, landing pages, and marketing strategies comply with Google Ads Policies, local advertising standards, and applicable consumer laws.
5. AI-Generated Content & Automation
- Certain workflows employ artificial intelligence (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT models) to draft copy and generate campaign recommendations.
- AI outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any automated changes or generated content before or during publication.
- We do not claim ownership of user-directed ad copy or creative assets generated on your behalf.
6. Data Handling and Internal Processing
- User data, campaign configurations, and API credentials are encrypted and stored within our dedicated Supabase database infrastructure.
- Operational workflows are executed through internal n8n engines. Your proprietary campaign and authentication data are processed strictly for the execution of the requested services and are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party data brokers.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal advertising campaigns.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Interfere with or compromise system integrity or security.
- Use the Service to violate Google's Acceptable Use Policies or third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates, or conversion outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovalisHub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from ad spend adjustments, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or downtime.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or present a risk to our systems or partner integrations. You may disconnect integrations and terminate your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
